The aforementioned Conditions shall be applicable regardless of the General Contracting Conditions which, where applicable, are mandatory.

The relationship between NARU and the USER shall be governed by current Spanish legislation and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Donostia – San Sebastián.
