La Vanguardia interviews Darya Chyzhyk, Chief Scientific Officer of Naru Intelligence, about her participation in the round table of the summer course on “Applied Artificial Intelligence: graphic design, electronic commerce and video games” in Baeza (Jaén), of the International University of Andalusia (UNIA), and directed by Prof. Andrés Ortiz from the University of Málaga and Dr. Francisco Jesús Martínez Murcia from the University of Granada.

One of the topics highlighted during the interview was the relevance of artificial intelligence in the industrial sector. In particular, Darya emphasized our commitment in the healthcare sector to the development of medical devices that use algorithms to monitor cancer patients, which has a significant impact on the early detection of adverse effects and, in turn, on improving health and quality of life of patients. Another key point that was highlighted during the interview was the importance of the importance of women in senior positions and the need to have balanced teams in terms of gender diversity, experience, skills, disciplines, cultural backgrounds and generational diversity, etc., that contributes to improving decision-making in the company.
